The Vineyards are great. The floorplans are nice. I wish the balconies were a tad larger but they’re decently sized! There ... are two main differences from other complexes that The Vineyards excels in: parking and maintenance. At least on my side of the complex, there is always parking and I am so thankful for that. The maintenance guys are very friendly and respond to requests very quickly. I requested a doggie station to be put in outside to help with the dog poop around the building and they installed one the very next morning. I was very impressed! Fixed the kitchen light super fast thank you!!! Still waiting for the dryer to be fixed though, we have to run our laundry ... through it three times for it be be completely dry, but maintenance came by quickly to check it out and we appreciate that!
